Sorry to chase, but we need to know whether the maintenance contract covers the two Hamburg sites as well, and whether the per-site fee changes if it does. Our board meets Friday and I would like to bring them a straight answer.

Thanks for following up, and apologies for the slow reply. Yes, the maintenance contract covers both Hamburg sites, and the per-site fee is unchanged at the rate in the annex.
I have asked our office to send the updated annex over today, so you have it in writing before Friday. If anything is still open after that, call me directly.
